Use your Windows system Disk clean-up tool to keep your PC in a good condition and run faster. This tool can carry out a number of tasks such as, emptying the recycle bin, deleting program files and temporary files, remover Windows components that you don’t use, delete old restore points and application programs that you no longer require or use. You can find this on your Windows Vista, XP and Windows 7.

Use your system Disk Defragmenter to defrag your computer system. This tool will help store your files in an orderly manner. This makes it easier for your system to locate files and respond to request faster.

Use your Error Checking utility to check, detect and repai
r any disk errors on your system. -
Use a virus and spyware removal tool. Run this every day, if you use your computer regularly. Microsoft has a
completely free antimalware software you can download and install. -
Do a data backup. External backups are the best.
