My Acer takes ages to load,turn off and freezes. I think the problem is that i was doing something ,i cannot remember what,and the question asked was something like "how much rescourse do you want to allocate" as a techno moron i should have left well alone. I put in a figure and all seemed well. Basicaly i need someone to tell me how i did what i did and how to find what has more memory than is should and how i can reduce it.Auto restore is not the answer as on e suggestion i tried was to delete previous restore points. Bad move.Any answers please in plain simple language,as i have proved myself incompetent and out of my depth.
